For Bangkok and perimeter area, Alpha Company delivery to customer address for 3 times. If customer doesn’t receive the package within 3 times, the purchased item will be return to company.

In case delivery service by Thailand post, if the receiver is not available, carrier may issue delivery notice. Please contact within 7 days, after exceeded 7 days the purchased item will be return to company.

***If purchased item is damaged by delivery process, we would like to offer a replacement with new items.

In terms, customer must contact to company within 30 days after delivery arrival date. If over 30 days of delivery arrival date, the company couldn’t change merchandise to customer. Sorry for any inconvenience.
